Title: Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns (Perishable Goods)
Due to the nature of our products (Food items: Dry fruits, Honey, Oils), we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences.

3. Refunds for Damaged/Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product:

1. Please take a clear photo/video of the package upon opening.

2. Email us at aromaticfoods01@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9901834834 within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
